Terms and conditions for the VIP Club
- VIP benefits are available at all of The Coffee Club locations throughout Australia and New Zealand. If you are visiting Thailand, VIP benefits will give you access to a 10% discount off the total bill.
- VIP benefits do not apply to discounted items and are not valid with coupons, vouchers, in-store special offers or national promotions.
- VIP benefits are not available on Public Holidays.
- To be eligible for your VIP benefits you must show your VIP card when you place your order.
- Your card is not transferable and benefits can only be applied upon presentation of the VIP owner.
- The Coffee Club reserves the right to change the benefits of the VIP Club at any time without notice.
- The buy one hot beverage, get one free offer is valid for the cardholder only; there is a limit of two (2) free hot beverages per visit (i.e. buy 2, get 2 free). The higher priced hot beverage will be charged. Excludes liqueur coffees and alcoholic beverages.
- The 10% discount offer applies to the cardholder’s total bill excluding any free beverages given in the ‘buy one hot beverage, get one free’ offer. It includes all other food and cold beverage purchases on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. It excludes liqueur coffees, alcoholic beverages and retail merchandise.
- The Coffee Club is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen cards. Please note: a charge will apply for the replacement of any card.
- Each VIP card is valid for one person only and cannot be used by any person other than the cardholder whose name appears on the VIP card issued. Expired cards will not be accepted in stores.
- Please allow two weeks for your personalised membership card to arrive.
