Conceptualized by THE COFFEE CLUB’s Head of Global Culinary of Minor Food Group, James Bradbury, who for the past 20 years travelled far and wide including major cities like London, Australia, China, Thailand, Malaysia and the Middle East, spotting food trends around the world to create THE COFFEE CLUB’s eclectic menus with both eastern and western flairs. “My Inspiration doesn’t stop and comes from extensive travel, nonstop research, and a passion for Melbourne world class café culture and quality ingredients”, he says. His exposure to the global food trend and passion for food inspired The Coffee Club’s menus to incorporate elements of various nationalities, blending Eastern and Western flairs.
