Business Development Managers - Training

To support our continued growth and expansion, The Coffee Club Operations Team has two (2) vacancies for Business Development Managers in Training (BDMT). We recognise that no one knows our business like us - thus we have committed to “growing our own” people. The purpose of these roles is to:

(i) Provide career opportunities for outstanding Team Members who want to progress within The Coffee Club Group
(ii) Up-skill existing Team Members to provide support and coaching to our network

The Business Development Managers in Training (BDMT) will undergo a one year program including having an Individual Development Plan specifically designed for them. After this time, subject to completion of all required milestones, the BDMT will move into a Business Development Manager (BDM) role. Development activities will include:

:: Completing a Graduate Certificate in Franchising
:: Completing on line learning modules
:: Having a Mentor
:: Completing New Franchisee Corporate Education
:: Managing a company owned store for a period of time
:: Working across all departments
:: Being coached by Business Development Managers and Regional Managers.

The successful applicant will:

:: Need at least three years experience in a management role within The Coffee Club Group
:: Have a positive, “can do” attitude
:: Actively demonstrate our core values
:: Be an excellent communicator who builds long lasting positive relationships
:: Be able and willing to work flexible hours, including nights weekends as required
:: Be willing to undergo further studies and learning
