Helen Rogerson BA MPET LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Joining The Coffee Club in 2007, Helen has over 15 years experience in the Learning and Development area working with companies such as Wesfarmers, Mayne and Symbion. As well as extensive corporate experience, Helen's professional qualifications include a BA, a Masters in Education & Training and she is currently completing an MBA. Helen and her team are responsible for the people side of The Coffee Club with a special focus on the learning experience for franchisees and their staff. |

Greg Barton OPERATIONS MANAGER With over 20 years experience in the food and beverage industry, Greg joined The Coffee Club in February 2008 to head up the Operations team; a team which works closely with Franchisees to promote brand growth and maintain brand integrity. Prior to this, Greg spent 8 years as State Manager for Douwe Egberts Coffee Systems, a division of Sara Lee, which included responsibility for account management of The Coffee Club as supplier of coffee and tea. Having worked for one of The Coffee Club's major suppliers, Greg has an intimate knowledge of the business. Greg has also worked with National Foods Limited and Berri in Account Management and Field Management roles. Greg has a Diploma of Business Management and is a JP (Qual). |

Craig O'Neill PROPERTY & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Craig is the National Property & Development Manager and is responsible for the areas of Leasing, Franchising, Store Design & Project Management. Craig started his career with international real estate firm Richard Ellis in 1992 working within their Valuation Division which inspired him to undertake further study while still working with the company. He completed a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Property Economics from Queensland University of Technology in 1996. Craig worked for Queensland Rail Property Division within the Acquisitions and Planning Department which was responsible for securing various parcels of land by means of negotiating and formal resumption. In 2000 he joined Flight Centre in their newly formed Property and Group Buying Division holding the position of National Manager - Property and Leasing. He was responsible for the opening of approximately 400 stores and numerous lease renewals until he left in 2005 to start up his own Retail Leasing Consultancy Business. As a consultant he worked closely with another major international coffee chain along with a number of medium and upcoming franchise businesses, helping them with new site selection and franchise recruitment. |

Kym Warner BCom CA FINANCIAL CONTROLLER After completing a Bachelor of Commerce at The University of Queensland, Kym qualified as a Chartered Accountant working with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Brisbane. Kym gained significant experience working with Deloittes on audits for clients such as Coca-Cola, CSR Group, Hope Island Resort Development, Allgas Energy & Nippon Meat Holdings. This experience provided Kym with strong technical skills in dealing with ASX listed companies, acquisitions and identifying and improving internal control systems. After the birth of her first child, Kym started her own Chartered Accountancy Firm dealing primarily with small to medium sized businesses. In recent years, Kym has been a Financial Controller in the Health & Fitness industry and for BCM Partnership an advertising agency located in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. Kym joined The Coffee Club Group in April 2008 and looks forward to using both her professional and industry experience to help the group grow and develop in the future. |
